Arup Maity is the CEO of Xamun Technologies, Inc.. He is an adjunct faculty at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for Innovation Management & Agile Project Management since 2005 and is also the founder of SpringPH, a startup support subgroup under Philippines Software Industry Association (PSIA).
He is a Director at PSIA for over the last 10 years, helping shape the industry through capability development, policy & marketing. Arup has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, and earned his master's degree in business management from AIM in 1997; certified in traditional PMP and Scrum Master for Agile.
CFO
To oversee the company’s administrative, financial, and risk management operations is Tess Villaluna’s key role in Xamun. With her more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, banking and controlling, Tess has proven her ability to develop productive teams while managing global stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Prior to Xamun, she served as AVP for Financial Reporting, VP for Financial Reporting and VP for Product Control successively at Deutsche Knowledge Services from 2005 to 2016. She had her Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of the Philippines and her master’s degree in business management from AIM.

Neil Rowatt is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in the global finance sector. As the Head of Business Development at Xamun, he brings a strong reputation for leadership and delivery across technology functions and project management.
He has extensive experience of working within a wide range of operational and technological disciplines, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of investment /wealth management and capital market business, applications, infrastructure and products.
Head of Marketing
Burns Puzon is a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the software industry. As the Head of Marketing at Xamun, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
After graduating with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management with an MBA in Marketing, Burns served as the marketing manager and UI/UX designer for 8 startups. Since 2012, he’s honed his skills in both strategic marketing and user experience design. Prior to his startup ventures, Burns gained valuable experience in management consulting and SMB marketing at Microsoft’s Asia Pacific and Philippines operations.
Head of Client Acquisition
Gelo Yu brings over 8 years of experience in startup sales to his role as Head of Client at Xamun. With a strong background in building relationships and driving client success, Gelo has honed his skills in the fast-paced startup environment.
Prior to joining Xamun, Gelo earned his MBA from the prestigious Asian Institute of Management, where he developed a deep understanding of business strategy and client management. His ability to listen to client needs, craft tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results has been instrumental in Xamun’s growth.
