You'll learn how Xamun uses AI across content, research, outreach, lead scoring, campaign analytics, and creative production. Real tools. Real workflows. The skills future marketers will be hired for — taught by the team building them.
What you'll work on
Real Xamun GTM activities. No coffee runs.
Write and schedule LinkedIn posts. Short-form video scripts. Blog drafts. Newsletter content for Xamun's thought leadership series.
Run email outreach campaigns to mid-market CXOs using Xamun's GTM playbook and GoHighLevel CRM. A/B test subject lines and messaging.
Identify and qualify mid-market companies ($20M–$200M) in your city's market that need AI-powered strategy and operations.
Help organise and promote Xamun's CXO Saturday Workshops and webinars in your region. Manage invitations, logistics, follow-up.
Research local competitors, partnerships, university collaborations, and startup ecosystem opportunities.
Track campaign performance. Build dashboards. Present weekly metrics to the programme team.
Who we're looking for
Currently enrolled in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Communications, or related programme at a university in one of our 6 hub cities
Completing this internship as a required or elective component of your degree (OJT, placement, practicum, WIL, or stage)
Comfortable with remote work, self-directed, and hungry to learn
Bonus: experience with social media management, CRM tools, video editing, or copywriting. No design tools needed — you'll be trained extensively in AI for marketing during the programme.

For every qualified lead you generate that converts into a signed Xamun engagement, you earn 5% of the first month's engagement fee. Uncapped. Paid out within 30 days of the client's first payment.
