Sam is a Xami worker: AI you hire for a role, working inside the systems you run. Sam answers, books, chases and prepares, introduces itself as AI every time, and hands your people the moments that need a person. Every Xami worker is called Sam. The role is what changes.
Early access: the first Sam workers go into new ClinicOS and TugOS rollouts.
Most of a front office's day is the same twenty requests, by phone and message, all day. Sam takes them, so your staff can spend their time on the patients in the room and the cases that need a person.
Warm, clear and bilingual. Sam says it's AI up front, follows your tone for each kind of call, and never pretends to be a person.
Recalls, reminders and follow-ups at the volume and hours no team can staff: evenings, weekends and the morning rush.
When a person is needed, Sam passes the call or the task with who, what was asked, what was done and why it's handing over.
You hire Sam for a role, inside the OS that role belongs to. Each role owns its queue, knows its rules, and has a clear line where a person takes over.
Always with a person: anything clinical, and any caller who asks for a person
Always with a person: patients who say they're unwell or unhappy
Always with a person: anything that needs a clinical judgement
Always with a person: anything sent to an insurer or a family, and anything that posts money
Always with a person: write-offs, and every letter to an insurer until it's been promoted
Always with a person: pay disputes and anything outside your rules
Always with a person: master sign-off and safety calls
Always with a person: fee disputes and legal notices
We define the role with the person who owns it. Sam works to that definition, and you can read it, change it and audit against it.
Example role definition for a clinic front desk.
Sam starts in Assist: it prepares the work and a person approves it. An action goes autonomous only when its record is strong and the role owner signs off. It drops back to Assist after an error, a complaint or a dip in its numbers. Some actions never leave Assist.
| Action | Mode |
|---|---|
| Send appointment reminders | Autonomous |
| Rebook a missed visit | Autonomous |
| Draft an insurer extension | Assist |
| Anything clinical | Assist, always |
Example figures for illustration.
Pick a role. Each Sam works only with the functions its role allows, inside the OS it belongs to. Most requests finish on their own. When a person should decide, Sam stops, hands over with the story, and the reason goes on the record.
Functions shown are modules in each OS today. Channels and links to your other systems are set up in each rollout. Sample requests, not client data.
Demand doesn't arrive evenly. Sam lets you staff the peaks without hiring for them, and keeps the work going when your team is short.
One Sam carries a little more than a full-time workload for its role. When the work outgrows it, you hire a second Sam, not overtime.
Monthly, per role, against what that role costs you today. Hire for a season, or for the year at a better rate. The budget owner approves every hire.
Your playbooks and scoring stay in your instance and can be exported. Only statistics you opt in to share ever leave it, logged for you to inspect. Raw client data never goes into model weights.
Yes. Sam introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call and message, every time, and a person is one step away whenever the caller asks.
Sam hands over with the full story: who called, what they asked, what Sam already did and why it's handing over. Anything clinical, urgent or upsetting goes to your staff straight away, by your own escalation rules.
English and Arabic. Each role is set up with the languages your patients and customers use.
No. Sam takes the routine queue. Your staff take the high-value work and the exceptions, and supervise Sam. When demand spikes or the season turns, you hire another Sam rather than paying overtime.
Yes. Hire for a season or for the year; the year gets a better rate. One Sam carries a little more than a full-time workload for its role. When the work outgrows it, you hire a second.
Monthly, per role, priced against what that role costs you today, not per seat or per minute. Assist and Autonomous are priced differently. The budget owner approves every hire.
Sam works inside your Xamun OS and across the systems you keep: your phone line, messaging, email, and records systems we connect. Every action lands in records you own.
Clinical decisions, write-offs, legal notices, and anything else regulated or irreversible. Those stay in Assist: Sam prepares, a person decides.
You do. Your playbooks and scoring stay in your instance and can be exported. Only statistics you opt in to share, in buckets, ever leave it, and they're logged for you to inspect. Raw client data never goes into model weights.
Pick the queue that grows fastest. We define the role with you, your people approve Sam's work, and you see what it earns before anything is promoted.
