1. Who We Are

Xamun operates through two companies that share the same registered name. Xamun Technologies Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15790650), registered office 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. Its subsidiary, Xamun Technologies Ltd, is a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (Registered No. 14192, Commercial Licence CL14192), AI Campus, Level 3, IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where it matters which company you are dealing with, we identify it by jurisdiction and registered number, not by name alone.

2. Agreement

By accessing xamun.ai or using Xamun services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3. Services

Xamun provides AI Decision Intelligence (Xamun Intelligence) and AI-augmented software delivery (Software Factory) services. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Software built by the Xamun Software Factory is owned by the client from Day 1. Xamun retains ownership of the Xamun Intelligence platform, DesignStudio, BuildStudio, and associated tooling. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xamun's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
