Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing xamun.ai or using Xamun services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Services

Xamun provides AI Decision Intelligence (Xamun Intelligence) and AI-augmented software delivery (Software Factory) services. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Software built by the Xamun Software Factory is owned by the client from Day 1. Xamun retains ownership of the Xamun Intelligence platform, DesignStudio, BuildStudio, and associated tooling. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xamun's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
