What does Xamun run for media and property marketing?
Two systems built by the Software Factory. Both are shown in a walkthrough rather than an open demo, because each runs on a client’s own material.
Anyone can make one good frame. The work is making the next thousand match it.
Generic video tools produce a striking shot and forget it the moment the next one starts. Render studios hold consistency by hand, and charge for every round of changes. Neither keeps a record a network or a buyer can check.
Defined once, then every shot is checked against it before anyone reviews it. Off-model shots are caught by the system, not in the edit suite.
A review queue sits between generation and delivery. Nothing reaches an edit, a brochure or a portal without a named approval.
Each frame keeps its lineage: what it was made from, which version was approved and by whom. Useful the day a network, a client or a regulator asks.

What does Xamun make for media and property marketing?
Two systems and the films made with them. CreativeStudioOS is the private production layer for broadcasters, studios and agencies: episodes, promos and reels with the cast and sets held consistent across every shot. PropStudioOS turns a building model and its finish schedules into approved renders, aerials, panoramas, fly-throughs and tours for developers. Xamun also makes its own product films with them.
Is this just an AI video generator?
No. Generating a single shot is the easy part and is widely available. The hard part is keeping a cast or a building the same across hundreds of shots, approving every shot before it ships, and keeping a record of how each one was made. That is what both systems are built around.
How do you keep characters consistent across shots and styles?
The world of the show is defined once and every shot is checked against it before review. The animation on this page shows the result: the same two characters across six shots, and the same scene re-rendered in a second style without redrawing them.
Can we see a property walk-through or fly-through?
Yes, in a walkthrough session. PropStudioOS builds fly-throughs with a route you can edit on the floor plan, panoramas and tours shared by link, a dollhouse cutaway and aerial and hero stills, all from the building model. Book a session and we will show them on a sample building.
Do our renders stay consistent across unit types and finish packages?
That is the point of PropStudioOS. Every visual is generated from the same building model and finish schedules, so a two-bedroom unit on floor 12 and the same type on floor 30 match, and a change of finish package changes every view that shows it.
Who owns the footage and the system?
You own what you make. With a licence you also own the system: your own instance on your infrastructure, white-label and source-available. Every asset keeps a record of how it was made, which matters when a client, a network or a regulator asks where a clip came from.
How is it priced?
Two ways. A licence for your own instance, or Outcome-as-a-Service priced per transaction on the unit your business is paid on, which we agree with you, so the cost moves with your revenue rather than with seats or revision rounds.
Do we still need our studio or agency?
Often, yes. Directors, art directors and editors still decide what the work should be. The systems take away the repetitive generation, the off-model retakes and the hunt for which version was approved.
Which of these films did a client commission?
None of them is a client deliverable. The animation is a test from the CreativeStudioOS pilot programme, the VoiceIQ film is Xamun’s own product film, and the walkthrough was recorded on a live Xamun demo.
