GraphIQ is the compliance layer the other systems resolve their rules from, so its regulatory surface is the union of theirs: Dubai tenancy law (Law No. 26 of 2007 and Law No. 33 of 2008), the Decree No. 43 of 2013 rent bands, escrow under Law No. 8 of 2007, the Interim Register under Law No. 13 of 2008, broker registration and Trakheesi under Bylaw No. 85 of 2006, AML and goAML reporting to the UAE FIU, UAE VAT under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017, and the maritime and bunkering instruments the marine products enforce. Each rule is stored with its instrument, article and effective date, and answered as of the date of the event.
