This walkthrough shows SalesOrderOS by Xamun end to end on fictional demo data: an order taken at the desk and by the AI assistant in English and Arabic, stock split and reserved at the nearest depot, the same order taken on a rep’s phone, the tax invoice with VAT frozen on every line, and the PINT AE e-invoice queue running against a simulated Accredited Service Provider. Every company, customer and number in the video is invented.

0:00 This is SalesOrderOS by Xamun, an order-to-e-invoice system for UAE building-materials distributors. Everything you will see runs on fictional demo data. The demo has one-click roles, so we sign in as the administrator.
0:18 The dashboard shows sales orders, tax invoices and credit memos for the period, in dirhams, with a twelve-month trend and orders by status. Every number here comes from the order desk and the field reps, not from a month-end batch.
0:35 Here is a new sales order. Instead of learning the form, staff can describe the order in one sentence, in English or Arabic. The assistant fills the customer, the delivery site and the lines, then checks stock. Nothing is recorded until a person confirms, and every step can be undone.
0:57 Stock is held per depot and factory. When an order is confirmed, the system reserves the quantity at the nearest location that has it, so a heavy load is not quoted from the wrong depot and the freight does not eat the margin.
1:12 Tax invoices are built from the shipped order. The customer, the price and the VAT category on each line are frozen from the order, so the invoice is right before anyone sends it. The list shows the e-invoice status of every document.
1:30 This invoice has been through the whole route. Queued, sent, submitted to the Accredited Service Provider, checked, and accepted. Once accepted it is locked, and any change has to be a credit note, which is exactly what the UAE mandate requires. The PINT AE file is a single connector to whichever provider you appoint; the public demo uses a simulated one.
1:57 Returns, breakage and short deliveries are credit memos, each raised against its original invoice. Credit notes are in scope for e-invoicing too, so they follow the same route.
